LARA 2.0 Overview
LARA 2.0 keeps the same product positioning as LARA today: a built-in control feature for in-room use, not a standalone control platform. What changes is the processing capabilities, allowing much larger configurations. Earlier practical guidance around project size can be replaced with exact testing and measurement for any specific application, because the monitoring tool gives a more useful view of actual resource usage in a live configuration. For consultants, integrators, and support teams, this makes it easier to verify designs, answer client questions, and plan upgrades with more confidence.
Technical Improvements
LARA 2.0 is a major software update focused on better processing efficiency and more practical tools for deployment in real rooms. The most important change is the backend redesign. By changing how tasks are computed, LARA can support more sophisticated configurations with improved efficiency compared with earlier releases. The update also adds features that help during commissioning and operation, including resource monitoring, password-protected user panels, and a more flexible logging structure with remote logging support.
