Roger Takacs, a seasoned professional with an impressive track record within our organization, has been appointed Executive Vice President of Sales for the Americas. In his new role, Roger will be responsible for leading Lightware’s sales teams across North, Central, and South America, driving strategy, and fostering relationships with key clients to expand our market presence.
Roger brings over 20 years of sales and leadership experience to this role. Since joining Lightware in 2022, he has served as VP of Education, where he has focused on fostering growth in the global educational market.

In line with our growth strategy, we are also happy to announce the promotion of Marc Jones to National Sales Director for the United States. Marc has been an integral part of our team, demonstrating exceptional leadership and a keen ability to drive sales performance.
Marc joined Lightware in 2023 and has quickly made a significant impact as Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast US. In this role, he excelled in developing and implementing successful sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and consistently surpassing sales targets.
