Following a three-year-long pandemic, numerous offline events are now being organized once again. Among them was the Meet the Conference Future in China, Weifang that was originally slated for October 2022, but subsequently postponed until the 4th of March, 2023.
The core objective of the event centered on the future of the meeting rooms, with each attendee contributing to the discussion and presenting their own innovative solutions. The initial day of the conference featured exhibitors delivering speeches and showcasing product demonstrations, while technical discussions were held on a subsequent day, on the 5th of March, 2023.
The organizer of the event, Wisdom Shandong, extended invitations to approximately 120 corporate partners from the Shandong Province. Among the attendees were manufacturers such as Lightware, Hamedal, Logitech, Plantronics, Datavideo, EZ Cloud and Tencent. The overarching theme of the conference revolved around the new UC conference room, with Lightware’s Taurus UCX being the key focus of the event.
During the conference, Bond Bi, the Product Manager of Lightware China delivered a presentation on our products, emphasizing the advantages of USB–C based solutions in Taurus UCX, that is not only combines video, audio, control and Ethernet signals into one single cable, but it also has the ability to charge a laptop up to 60W at the same time.
The event was marked by productive meetings and insightful discussions. The Chief Officers of Wisdom Shandong were impressed by Lightware's products, noting our suitability for modern meeting rooms. They also expressed their intention to establish a close partnership with Lightware going forward.
All in all, the participants of the conference reached the consensus that USB–C technology represents the future of conferencing and all the companies will try to build futureproof solutions for the AV customers.
