In this new role, Chng will serve as a key advisor and technical consultant for all Lightware products across the region. As a driven and motivated AV professional, Chng brings with him exceptional consultative skills to provide customers with the technological edge in their projects. He is no stranger to working in tandem with sales teams to exceed customer expectations for functionality, cost-effectiveness and successful system rollout.
Working closely with Candice Siow, Regional Director for Southeast Asia, and the broader regional team, Chng will utilise his extensive experience as an AV professional with 10 years of helpdesk and customer service experience. He is well adept at engaging customers by identifying issues and streamlining steps to effectively resolve technical issues. Chng received his Avixa Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) in 2013 and has continued to progress in his AV/IT integration skills since.
