Lightware HDMI-3D-OPT-RX150RA Firmware Upgrade Instructions

The HDMI-3D-OPT-RX150RA device can be upgraded via the USB service port.

!!! Do not disconnect the power supply or the USB cable during the firmware upgrade procedure !!!

It is recommended to connect only one Lightware device to the PC directly at the same time.

If any connection- or power failure occurs, the device will not be operational but the firmware upgrade procedure can be restarted.

Close all other programs which may conflict on the USB (especially the Lightware Device Controller or Lightware Matrix Controller).

Please follow the instructions below:

1. Power up the HDMI-3D-OPT-RX150RA unit.
2. Connect the HDMI-3D-OPT-RX150RA device to the PC via USB port and make sure it is operational.
3. Wait until the device is discovered by Windows and click the "Continue" button.
   The HDMI-3D-OPT-RX150RA device will go to firmware upgrade mode (The HDCP and HOT PLUG LED will start blinking alternately to indicate firmware upgrade mode is active.).

If any problem occurs and HDMI-3D-OPT-RX150RA cannot be put to Firmware upgrade mode, please follow the instructions below:

1. Unplug the power connector from the HDMI-3D-OPT-RX150RA unit.
2. Press and Hold the FUNCTION button on the front of the device.
3. Plug the power connector back.
   The HDMI-3D-OPT-RX150RA device will enter to firmware upgrade mode (The HDCP and HOT PLUG LED will start blinking alternately to indicate firmware upgrade mode is active.).
