Launching Our New Taurus UCX TX/RX
Lightware introduced the new Taurus UCX, now split into separate TX and RX units at InfoComm 2023. These market-leading devices allow users to extend USB-C signals over longer distances, empowering system architects with more flexibility for designing collaborative spaces. The highly anticipated release of the Taurus UCX TX/RX is scheduled for the summer, with preorders set to commence in August 2023.

Our world premier USB-C extension product – Taurus UCX TX/RX – won the prestigious Best of the Show Award presented by AVTechnology.
Moreover, PSNI Global Alliance awarded Lightware with the “Growth Driver” prize after already recognizing the company last year with the Rising Star trophy.
USB-C Training in AV Operations
Lightware also hosted a Manufacturer’s Training during Infocomm 2023. Our USB-C masterclass session was a huge success, as evidenced by the packed auditorium comprising enthusiastic and engaged technicians. The participants could gain useful skills and knowledge in designing AV systems that utilize USB-C connectivity.
We Celebrated Our 25th Anniversary!
Lightware is proudly commemorating its 25th anniversary this year: being on the market since 1998, we grew into the biggest AV manufacturer in Europe. At InfoComm we celebrated this event with a cake and drinks, where we could truly witness “the beginning of something greater”.
